MedAdventures is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join one of Skilled Nursing Facility partners in Central New Jersey.
This is a direct hire opportunity.
Provide Physical Therapy services to the facility's residents utilizing best practices in accordance with the Federal, State, and facility specific standards
Conduct patient evaluations, regular screenings, and developing treatment plans for residents who have been referred to the rehab department to determine if they are eligible for services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited University
Must have an active NJ Physical Therapy License in good standing
Minimum of 2 years' experience within the LTC/SNF treating adult and senior patients
Experience in Aquatic Rehab is a plus
