MedAdventures is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our partner's full-time team in the Madison, Virginia area.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Responsibilities for the Occupational Therapist:
- Build individualized treatment plans for all residents to determine Occupational Therapy needs, completing detailed documentation
- Provide consultation and transparency to family members and caregivers on treatment plans and results
Requirements for the Occupational Therapist:
- 2 years of experience as an OT is preferred
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is ideal
- Experience working with senior populations and families/caregivers
- Knowledge and experience conducting evaluations and treatment plans
- Current and Valid OT License
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
Compensation and Schedule for the Occupational Therapist:
- Target salary is $100,000-$114,000, dependent on experience
