MedAdventures, a division of Icon Medical Network, is looking for a CEO to join our partner's full-time team in the Boston, Massachusetts area.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Must have DIRECT oversight of an Long Term Acute Care Hospital or Inpatient Rehab with exposure to LTACH
- Five (5) years’ experience in hospital leadership or equivalent in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in corporate planning, development, management, board development, and multi-hospital operations.
- Long Term Acute Care Experience or Inpatient Rehab with exposure to LTAC experience
- Experience with hospital turnover, work life balance may be challenging the first year.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and Training: Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or an appropriately related field, required.
COMPENSATION:
- 175,000 – 210,000 Approximate, Depending on Experience. Bonus potential up to 30%
