- Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant. The ideal candidate will work closely with physical therapists to provide patients with the best possible care and support their rehabilitation journey.
- Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in providing therapy services according to treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist.
- Instruct patients on proper exercise techniques and usage of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress notes.
- Ensure the therapy area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Qualifications
- An associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- A current state license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Georgia.
- A minimum of one year of experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
