- Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility and alleviate pain.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients on maintaining proper body mechanics and preventing further injuries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments provided.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Washington State.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare team members.
