- Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities through evaluative procedures such as functional ability tests.
- Create treatment plans that outline the types of activities and specific goals for each patient.
- Perform and guide patients through exercises designed to improve their strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and range of motion.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed based on individual patient responses.
- Educate patients and their families about what to expect during recovery and how best to cope with challenges along the way.
- Qualifications
- A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Washington State (WA).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Caring personality with strong communication skills.
Able to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Keen attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
