- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to enhance recovery and maintain progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with a valid state license in Illinois.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions for diverse patient populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life.
