- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop personalized therapy plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support ongoing rehabilitation at home.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
