Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help residents achieve their highest level of function.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide hands-on therapy and utilize adaptive equipment to enhance patients' daily living activities.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes effectively.
- Educate patients, families, and staff on best practices for rehabilitation and wellness.

Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply!
