Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient mobility and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid state license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on rehabilitation and patient care.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and patient education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
