- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients to improve mobility and alleviate pain.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and stretches under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to be performed at home to enhance recovery.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.
- Must possess a valid license as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Experience in providing physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Ability to assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities as prescribed by the Physical Therapist.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Knowledge of physical therapy equipment and techniques to ensure safe and effective patient care.
