Responsibilities

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to be performed at home to enhance recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid state license.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within the specified contract period from 12/16/2024 to 03/15/2025.
