Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement a variety of therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to be performed at home to enhance recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatments, progress, and any changes in condition.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently within the specified job duration from 09/30/2024 to 12/28/2024.
