Responsibilities

- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for managing conditions at home.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid state license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, specializing in physical therapy.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
