What You’ll Do:
As a key member of the care team, you’ll deliver expert therapy services to help patients regain mobility, improve function, and achieve their goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated PT who values collaboration and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed patient evaluations and develop customized therapy plans.
- Provide evidence-based treatments to improve strength, mobility, and independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers to ensure continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
What You Bring:
- A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) from an accredited program.
- Previous SNF experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in patients' lives.
