Key Responsibilities:
- Follow treatment plans created by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient rehabilitation.
- Deliver hands-on therapy to improve patients’ functional mobility and overall well-being.
- Monitor, document, and report patient progress to ensure goals are met.
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to support recovery.
Qualifications:
- Licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- [Optional] Prior experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting preferred but not required.
