MedAdventures is looking for a Clinical Manager to join our partner's full-time team in the Southeastern, FL area.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve in a leadership role for the organization and location, while also being clinically hands-on with residents when necessary
- Stay involved in community and organizational events to help promote and grow the organization
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably within home health
- Must have a strong background as a nurse, ideally in home health settings
- Experience working with senior populations and families/caregivers
- Interest and/or experience in mentoring and training new staff
- Ability to be involved within the community and events, helping to promote the organization and location
- Current and valid RN license
- Nursing Degree
Compensation and Schedule:
- Target salary is $85,000-$95,000, dependent on experience
- Comprehensive benefits plan
- 40-hour week, some on call (with additional incentives)
