Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Medadventures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with various physical conditions. This role requires a professional who is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and providing the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to determine functional limitations and treatment needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs.
  • Utilize various physical therapy techniques and modalities to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies to manage conditions.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
  • Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, modalities, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
