- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and overall wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
