- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to diagnose patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and strategies to manage conditions and prevent further injury.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid state license in Tennessee.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient care.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, exercises, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
