- Evaluate patients' physical conditions to diagnose movement dysfunction and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and coordination.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for maintaining physical health.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatments, progress, and any changes in condition.
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid state license to practice in Tennessee.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, exercises, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet patient care needs within the specified contract period from 09/30/2024 to 12/28/2024.
