We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress.
- Provide ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in New York.
- Experience in outpatient or wellness-focused environments is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
