- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific speech and language goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and ensure continuity of treatment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and any changes in treatment plans.
- Provide education and support to patients' families and caregivers to facilitate effective communication strategies at home.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Ohio.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders and their treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
