- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient mobility and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid state license in Tennessee.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient or rehabilitation facilities.
- Proficient in developing individualized treatment plans and conducting therapeutic exercises.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet patient care goals within the specified contract period from 09/30/2024 to 12/28/2024.
