- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication disorders in patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific speech and language goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support for patients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting progress and any changes in treatment plans.
- Provide education and support to patients' families and caregivers to facilitate effective communication strategies at home.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology.
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and hearing disorders and treatment methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
