- Ideally will have a strong background in physical therapy and be committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. This role requires someone who is compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Schedule: Mon-Fri (occasional weekends)
- Responsibilities:
- Create individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques, exercises, and equipment to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and how they can support recovery at home
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatments provided and progress made
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices through continuous education and professional development.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a licensed Physical Therapist
- Able to work independently & a part of a team.
- Certifications: CPR (preferred)
